Privacy and How We Share Your Enquiry

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, the specification you enter and any files you attach. When a mill registers we receive factory and contact details plus product, capacity and certificate information. We use analytics to count visits and form submissions.
How we share your enquiry
Matching mills first see a short preview: product, thickness, sheet size, bond, volume, certificates and destination. The preview carries no name, company, contact details or files.
Your contact details and files go only to the mills that take your enquiry, 3 at most. We do not sell your details to anyone else and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep files
We keep enquiries and attachments for 12 months so we can handle follow up questions and repeat orders. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act on it within 30 days. Mills that already received your enquiry hold their own copy under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies to understand which pages help buyers. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
